Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for filling out the required information completely and accurately. Extra care should be taken and very specific instructions listed when giving special instructions. Coloursonic is not responsible for incorrect orders due to incorrect customer instructions.


Our Payment terms are PAYMENT WITH ORDER. Prepayment by personal cheque, money order, VISA, MasterCard Access, Switch or Delta is how we accept payment. Once we have checked your artwork we will send you a PAY BY LINK for you to pay securely.

Limitation on Liability

Advice given by employees of Coloursonic during telephone/Internet orders is based entirely upon information given by the purchaser with no inspection undertaken. As such, all advice given is indicative only and all such advice should be checked by the purchaser prior to order. Where advice is given after visual inspection by agents or servants of Coloursonic, such advice shall amount to an opinion only. Additionally, goods supplied are supplied only to correspond to the purpose for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied and not alternative uses to which they may be put. No liability for failure can be accepted by Coloursonic for such alternative use, amendment or modification.

Coloursonic have a strict quality control policy and we always take great care to make sure your order is perfect for you and guarantees our products 100%. However, Coloursonic is NOT responsible for errors resulting from customer’s failure to communicate specific desired instructions. If the error is on the part of Coloursonic, our liability is limited to redoing the job to your satisfaction or refunding your money (less postage & packing). Coloursonic package all of our orders carefully and is NOT liable for damage to products while being shipped.

Where goods purchased by the buyer are alleged to be defective, the purchaser agrees to return such goods to the seller for inspection and report (without the seller replacing the said goods prior to such inspection). The purchaser also accepts that it is reasonable to inform the seller of any interruption, defect or other failure prior to contacting independent third parties or incurring expense and, in addition, to allow the seller to remedy the defect, failure or interruption. Parts modified or adapted by the purchaser shall no longer be warranted by the manufacturer nor shall Coloursonic be liable for any failures resulting subsequent to modification as a result of such modification.

Coloursonic accepts no liability in respect of failure to supply or other interruptions caused by matters beyond the reasonable control of the company, including but without limitation, strikes, lockouts, civil disputes, acts of God, war or actions by third parties.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall confer a benefit on any person or persons not named as the purchaser herein (for the purposes of the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or for any other purpose).

Inappropriate Content

By placing an order with Coloursonic, the customer agrees to the following conditions: that the content selected for inclusion in a Poster does not include any of the following: (i) child pornography or anything that is indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or vile; (ii) a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any law, or a threat of blackmail; (iii) any matter advocating or urging treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance to any law; (iv) any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company; (v) any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of any third party; or (vi) any content that otherwise violates the law applicable to such End User or applicable to such End User’s intended recipient.


Coloursonic cannot accept responsibility for copyright infringements on artwork submitted to Coloursonic for enlargement and reproduction. Customers are requested to seek copyright permissions for any work submitted which require such permissions.

Order cancellation

Coloursonic will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to printing, although cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of the order.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery times

At Coloursonic our tunaround time is 3-5 days from receipt of final print ready artwork, or approval or proof, not including our standard next working day delivery time which is taken from the day that we despatch your goods.

We also offer an URGENT turnaround service which will incur extra charges.

Action upon delivery

A signature is required by the recipient on all of our Deliveries. Standard deliveries are usually made on a next working day basis (Monday – Friday). If no-one is present to accept delivery it will be returned to the local depot from where it will need to be collected. If uncollected within 14 days the package will be returned to Coloursonic.

All goods must be checked closely at time of delivery before signing for the item(s). If you inspect goods and find any damage then please refuse the delivery and do not sign for the goods. This will ensure that the consignment is returned to us where it can be inspected, repaired/replaced and ultimately re-delivered. Please also call us to let us know your package is damaged so we can start reprinting or re-issue.

If goods are signed for unchecked and are subsequently found to be damaged then it is the customers responsibility to return them to us for repair/replacement. We cannot offer a free collection of damaged goods that have been accepted and signed for at time of delivery.

Delivery to all UK Mainland addresses.
All delivery charges displayed on the Coloursonic Ltd site are for UK Mainland only. If you require delivery of items to Northern Ireland and other EU destinations there may be a surcharge. For details of the additional charges contact Coloursonic before Placing your order.

Damaged Goods/Returns

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign for the goods then the delivery will usually be re-attempted the following working day. After 2 failed delivery attempts goods will be returned to Coloursonic Limited and an additional delivery charge will be applied should you wish for us to re-dispatch the order.

Should you order goods in error or be unhappy with you goods in any way then you should return them to us at your cost within 7 working days from date of delivery so we can inspect them.

All goods should be returned sealed, unused and in their original packaging. We cannot refund for items which have been opened, used or are damaged.

Goods must be returned at the customers cost and we strongly advise sending all goods via an insured service.


Our products are all sold with full guarantees ranging from 1-10 Years depending on the product. If your goods fail due to a manufacturing defects during this timeframe you should contact us first to discuss and may then return them to us whereby we will inspect the goods and repair or replace free of charge.

Late Deliveries

We will always aim to keep you fully advised regarding delays on items which may occasionally become out of stock.

Coloursonic will not be liable for any consequential losses caused by out of stock items or late deliveries due to courier problems.


Can you arrange deliveries on a Saturday?

Saturday deliveries are available at extra cost. Please email for a quotation.

What are your delivery times?

We deliver during office hours of 9.00am – 5.30pm. Please note a specific time cannot be given for any deliveries.

Do you provide order tracking?

Can you deliver outside UK?

Yes, not only do we service the UK, but we also dispatch to Europe and Worldwide. Please email us for a quotation.
