- If a fault is found within the first 30 days, consumers are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Items that can’t be returned
- Custom printed products, unless they’re defective
- Custom Vinyl Wraps

- Printed Items: any items that have been printed must be paid for in full and cannot be returned or refunded
Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready when you initiate your return.
Installation Cancellations
To cancel an installation, please notify us at least 5 working days in advance. Cancellations made within 5 working days of the scheduled installation may result in full charges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is, we will process your refund, and you’ll see a credit on your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Printed Items: Any items that have been printed must be paid for in full and cannot be returned or refunded.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it might take some time for your refund to show up.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK outlines key rights and protections for consumers, including those making online purchases. Here are the main points relevant to online shopping:
Key Consumer Rights for Online Purchases under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- 1.Right to Information:
- Before a purchase, consumers must be provided with clear information about the goods or services, the total price, delivery details, and the seller’s identity.
2. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
- Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period, starting from the day after they receive their goods, during which they can cancel their purchase for any reason.
- If the consumer decides to cancel, they must notify the seller in writing (email is acceptable).
- There are some exceptions to this right, such as customised or perishable items.
3. Right to a Refund
- If a consumer cancels their order within the cooling-off period, they are entitled to a full refund, including the basic cost of delivery.
- The refund must be processed within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned goods or proof of their return.
- Consumers are responsible for returning the goods within 14 days of canceling the order.
- The consumer may need to pay for the cost of returning the goods unless the seller agrees to cover this.
- Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match the description provided by the seller.
- If goods are faulty or not as described, consumers have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Digital content (such as downloads or streaming services) must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
- If the digital content is faulty, consumers can request a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible, they can ask for a price reduction or refund.
- If a fault is found within the first 30 days, consumers are entitled to a full refund.
- After 30 days, and up to six months, consumers can request a repair or replacement. If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful, they can ask for a refund or a price reduction.
- After six months, consumers may still be entitled to a repair or replacement, but they must prove that the fault was present at the time of delivery.
8. Delivery
- Goods must be delivered within the time frame agreed upon. If no time frame is specified, delivery should be within 30 days.
- If goods are not delivered within the agreed time, consumers can cancel the order and get a full refund.
Additional Points
1.Charges and Fees:
- Any additional charges or fees must be disclosed clearly before the purchase is completed.
- Hidden fees are not allowed, and consumers must actively opt-in to any extra charges.
2. Payment Surcharges:
- Businesses are not allowed to charge excessive fees for payments by credit or debit card.
These points reflect the main consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for online purchases. The act ensures that consumers are protected and treated fairly in their transactions.
